Help in adaptation

One of the main indicators of the successful adaptation of returnees is a high level of survival in the national-ethnic and economic environment, as well as their psychological satisfaction with this environment as a whole. In this regard, one of the main tasks of the Foundation is to provide active assistance to returnees in their ethnic adaptation, primarily in order to provide equal opportunities and conditions for life and self-realization in the business environment.

Unified Contact-Center

The “Otandastar” Foundation created the Unified Contact-Center, which advises and collects problematic issues of a migration and legal nature.

Our resource provides:

  • visa information;
  • information on business organization and development;
  • information about cultural, national, sports events held in Kazakhstan;
  • information about Kazakhstan, its historical, artistic nature, resort regions, arriving for tourist purposes;
  • explanation of the procedure for temporary residence in Kazakhstan to relatives;
  • registration of a migration card, obtaining oralman status, residence permit, procedure for acquiring citizenship of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
  • information on pension legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, disability, on benefits provided by the government for large families;
  • providing youth wishing to enter higher educational institutions of the Republic of Kazakhstan with information about educational institutions, the procedure and timing for examinations;
  • providing reliable information about the training quota provided for oralmans.

Public Reception

Public receptions are a specially organized place on the basis of the Non-profit Joint Stock Company and Republican Public Association branches, where their authorized representative in the person of the head of the RPA branch in the regions and cities of republican significance of the Republic of Kazakhstan will receive individuals, register relevant requests, as well as accompany them through out the process of resolving their issues.
