Kazakh nationals who are not citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan and permanently residing in the Republic of Kazakhstan will submit the following documents:

1) an application for admission in electronic or paper form;

2) an electronic copy or a paper version of an identity document;

3) an electronic copy of the document on education and its annex or a scanned form of notarized translation, including a paper version and a translation of the seal (if the document is entirely in a foreign language);

4) medical certificate in the form approved in accordance with subparagraph 31) of Article 7 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 7, 2020 "On public health and health care system of the Republic of Kazakhstan".

5) Certificate of Kazakh nationality.
